Service Level Agreement for Projects

R1,299.00

A Services Contract or Service Level Agreement are contracts that are specifically drafted for a person or business who renders its services to another. Services Contract are usually for services being rendered on an ongoing basis.

This type of services contract is exceptionally important because it will regulate the relationship between the two parties. In other words it will set out the services to be rendered. The invoices to be paid. The duties that each party has. Similarly it sets out what happens if a party does not comply. Meaning that it doesn’t pay or render the service.

A good example of a business is Website Designing where you might be designing the website for someone. But afterwards you need to maintain the website. This is the ideal contract that you can render your service for specific hourly rate. You will then invoice the company or client monthly for services rendered.

Or maybe you cater for monthly workshops and seminar for a specific client. This contract is perfect for your product. Normally this would be a once off, but because it is ongoing it will be a Service Level Contract. Because your continuously rendering a service to the client and will be invoicing them. Even if it is for products and not time.

Our contracts are attorney approved and in line with South African law. It is ideal for any small business or creative who needs to make sure that they are covered.

The contract is easy to change with all of your specific details. Your purchase also includes a Know Your Stuff Guide that will show you exactly how to change your contract to your needs.
